Written Test & Group discussion:
Written test was of 1 hour and 30 minutes and totally 60 questions appeared.
In the Technical section 20 questions were there which are objective and another 10 questions were there which are subjective in nature.
There were 20 questions from English section and 10 from aptitude section. There was no sectional cut-off.
Sample questions:
Objective technical:
1. Find the stiffness (a figure was there with 4 springs)
2. Find the strain resistance (a figure was there)
3. Truck has brake in which wheel
4. Find the deflection in a steel bar (figure and dimension given)
Subjective technical:
1. What is coupling? Write the types.
2. Draw stress vs strain for rubber & steel etc.
For technical, cover Automobile engg, Mechanics and Machine design.
RS Aggrawal is sufficient for aptitude and English section was easy with some proverbs and antonyms and synonyms.
Total 31 selected after this round and went for GD.
GD topics were general topics
Interview:
The PI was easy and unexpectedly contained HR questions rather technical. There were a few technical questions.

Do you know RSB group companies?
Tell me about your favorite subject? And a few questions related to candidates’ it.
Finally 2 were selected
